EDT 2. 01. 7. Got married on the beach of Dreams Tulum May 2nd 2. Absolutely stunning, picturesque, and the weather was perfect! Kudos to Nayeli our wedding coordinator for all of her hard work in assuring our wedding was everything we wanted. We had a group of about 1. Great location. Accommodating staff.

We would go back to Tulum in a heartbeat just probably not this resort only because it was a little overpriced for what we are used to and the food wasn't as good as the RIU resorts we have been to. Overall a very pleasant trip and beautiful resort! The people who work there are very committed and are serious about customer service. They don't have much of a DVD liabrary for you to utilize, but it is good to know they have DVD player so you can bring discs if you want.

They are great!!! All of the employees at the World Cafe and the Coco Cafe are so nice and helpful. Proximity to local ancient Mayan habitation an advantage. Good Hotel management, receptive to criticism and able to take action. The restaurants were excellent although lunchtime Pizzas, Burgers , etc., a bit bland and predictable. Good sized pools, however as lifeguards are not in situ never lose sight of any young children.

The staff and the resturants were superb. The entertainment was fantastic everyone we spoke to had the same opinion. All the drinks were quality makes and was available all the time.
