Due to some mishandled procedures his case is dismissed. Bishop decides to go back to Oklahoma and does not know when she will return. She tells her husband to not contact her. The story about the petty officer was a good one and I enjoyed how it unfolded. I like how the NCIS team gathered the information and the result from their investigation. I do not like the side story about Bishop.

I am really getting sick and tired of watching shows where the marriages are having troubles (mainly affairs) and the couples are always breaking up and getting divorced. Although Bishop has not yet said that she plans on getting divorced, this is definitely the direction it seems to be heading. I really wish that these shows would show these marriages having issues, but the couples actually working hard at fixing things. I wish they would stop showing everyone having affairs and getting divorced.
